The electric meat grinder n°8 Le Parfait® The Essentials is the ideal solution for easily making your minced meats, terrines, pâtés, homemade sausages, kebbes or even your tomato sauces. Compact and efficient, it is perfectly suited to regular domestic use.

Equipped with a powerful motor 600 W nominal power and until 2000 W maximum power in case of blocking, this chopper guarantees rapid, homogeneous and precise chopping, with an output of up to 1.5 kg per minute.

Thanks to his two rotation speeds, adapt the power according to the texture and type of food (beef, pork, poultry, vegetables, tomatoes).

The anti-jam reverse function allows food to be easily unblocked in the event of obstruction, ensuring smooth, continuous and safe work.

Its head n°8 (diameter 62 mm) offers an excellent compromise between compactness, flow and precision, ideal for home preparations in small and medium quantities.
