The electric meat grinder n°10 Le Parfait® The Essentials is the ideal ally to easily achieve your minced meats, homemade sausages, kebbes or preparations based on fish and poultry. Designed for regular use, it combines high power, robust materials and versatility of accessories.

Equipped with a powerful engine 600 W nominal power and until 2000 W maximum power in case of blocking, this chopper guarantees fast, consistent and precise chopping, with a yield of up to 1.8 kg per minute.

A powerful, jam-proof chopper

Thanks to his two rotation speeds, adapt the power according to the texture and type of food. The reverse function allows you to easily unblock the meat in the event of a jam, ensuring continuous and safe work.

Its head n°10 (diameter 66 mm) offers an excellent compromise between flow and precision, ideal for passing a large quantity of meat.

Simple and intuitive use

Assemble the components according to the chosen recipe (mince, sausages, kebbes), place the food on the tray, place a container under the outlet and push the preparation using the pusher.
Turn on the device via the LCD screen then select the speed 1 or 2 , or activate the reverse when needed.
